Several fathers in San Antonio are organizing day camp events for fathers and their 1st through 8th grade sons. The first camp took place on October 17, 2020 at Phil Hardberger Park. The event was well received and widely considered a success. Fifty fathers and sons received virtue talks on responsibility, the boys heard a professional talk from a federal air marshal and played soccer, and the fathers and sons played a spirited game of capture the flag. The event also included the Holy Rosary, catechism class, confessions heard by Father Jay Alvarez, all rounded out with grilled hamburgers and hotdogs for lunch. LCT Days SA served as nourishment for the body, mind, and soul! The next LCT Day in San Antonio is scheduled for January 16.
