As the feastday of St Josemaria approaches, one way to experience his cheerful love of God and people might be to watch a recording of one of the many gatherings he had with members of Opus Dei and others in Spain and Latin America in the early 1970’s. These get-togethers have been digitally conserved and remastered, and are being made available by Beta Films (https://opusdei.org/en-us/article/saint-josemaria-remastered-betafilmsplay/).

Fr. Paul Kais will be the new chaplain of Western Academy starting next semester. In addition, he will be also taking over from Fr. Pete Arriagada as the priest of Westcott Study Center providing spiritual guidance to the young men attending the various activities. Fr. Pete will be focusing on his role as the Vicar of Opus Dei in Texas and will also attend to activities for men. 

      Montevista Study Center in San Antonio has moved north from the Monte Vista neighborhood to a new location in 418 Happy Trail. The Blessed Sacrament was reserved for the first time in the, still provisional, oratory of the new house on May 23. Most of the move has been completed at this point.
