The "Training in the Company" project arises from the need to provide comprehensive training to a group of 20 young warehouse operators, approximately 19 years old, who are at a crucial stage in their lives. These young people are Spanish-speaking immigrants with different levels of education, which represents both a challenge and an opportunity for their development.
The program consists of monthly talks from January to October 2025, where topics related to human development will be addressed, such as:
Health and lifestyle
Order and personal finances
Establishing priorities
Among others
The main objective is to provide them with a basic education that will help them grow in virtue, mature as individuals, and build stable social and family relationships. We want this program to be a support for them to have a good life, positively impacting their environment and the company.
