Brief Minutes

Attendees: William Colina, Ricardo Baquerizo, Gustavo Bernardo, Angelo Directo, Jose Miguel Amozurrutia, and Pablo Yepes

• Pablo gave a few updates on developments with the website:
  • More than once opusdei.org has set a link to our book database.
  • Book of the month has been added to the front page
  • Invitations from the website include a link that logs into the website directly
  • Work to add a map of centers of the Work in the US is in progress
• Logo: William will come up with a few options after the latest feedback and will have a vote on the logo soon
• Angelo commented on the importance of having a good workflow for the website. He will present a proposal in our next meeting on Friday
• Jose Miguel has a developer looking at the website and will also come up with a proposal for improvements:
  • He also suggests we change the domain to where-you-are.org. He actually bought the domain. He need to link it to the site.
• News and activity. Keep it simple. News or articles could just be a few pictures of your activities
• A demo on how to create a group was given
• Everyone's task in the next week:
  1. Start using the web for your formation group
     1. Paul F: super circle
     2. Ricardo,Charles, Brackin: cooperator cirle
     3. Angelo: Father-son club
     4. Pablo Y: Friday circle
  2. Create a group and activity
  3. Post at least 2 or 3 pictures or announcements
