1.  CREATE THE RIGHT SETTING. Take care of the atmosphere in the room. Hopefully you can find a quiet place at home appropriate for prayer and recollection.
2. GET DRESSED. Dress for the occasion: you might be at home, but leave the pajamas for bedtime and the tracksuit for sports time.
3. GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS. Kneel down at the beginning and end of the meditations. When you sit, you may want to use a chair rather than a sofa.

    At the end of the recollection, we will break-up the Zoom meeting into break-out rooms with 3-5 people. The idea is to take advantage of that time to grow in friendship and share experiences of living in these special circumstances. Please stick around for that. Personal contacts are always important, but they are even more these days. If you would like to move around groups, leave the group where you are and you will be assigned to another one.
