For those attending the recollection in person:
We will require wearing a mask at all times within the building. If you think you will not be able to comply with that requirement, we would encourage you to attend the recollection online.
For those attending the recollection in online:- CREATE THE RIGHT SETTING. Take care of the atmosphere in the room. Hopefully you can find a quiet place at home appropriate for prayer and recollection
- FOCUS ON THE EVENT. If possible use a large screen, rather than a phone or a tablet. That will help you get into the event you are attending. If you have a large screen, set it to full-screen mode, or at least do not open other windows or apps that may distract you.
- GET DRESSED. Dress for the occasion: you might be at home, but leave the pajamas for bedtime and the tracksuit for sports time
- GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS. Kneel down at the beginning and end of the meditations. When you sit, you may want to use a chair rather than a sofa.
